During its launch in the historic Central Hall of Parliament, political leaders, MPs and people from different sectors were also present during the launch. Among them, industrialist Ratan Tata was also involved. Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was going to be in the program earlier but when the Congress made a boycott of the program, Manmohan did not even come. The Central Hall was decorated with flowers outside and inside. Even the finest lighting was done.  Ratan Tata was among the first to reach the audience. They arrived a long time before the program started.  All the ministers and MPs of the Modi government were present. Besides, Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan, Vice President Hamid Ansari, Former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda and Finance Minister Arun Jaitley were on the same platform.  The first news was that former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will take part in the Joint Session. But his party, that is, the Congress told the program in a drama. After this, Manmohan wrote to the PMO letter saying that he would not be able to join.  Congress appealed to the Opposition not to be involved in this mega event. But, Samajwadi Party, Biju Janata Dal, NCP JDU joined. NCP Chief Sharad Pawar and former Union Aviation Minister Praful Patel came to himself. Sharad Pawar sat in the first line with Amit Shah and Advani. Ram Gopal Yadav of SP and BJP MP Subramanian Swamy were also accompanied by him.  With the Congress, Left, TMC and RJD have a boycott of launch.  Apart from RBI governor Urjit Patel, former finance minister Yashwant Sinha, Vijay Kelkar was also present. Explain that Vijay Kelkar is the only person who had prepared the report at the first GST Concepts in 2003.  Former Punjab Chief Minister of Punjab, Mr. Prakash Singh Badal, Mr. Abdul Rahim of National Conference, former Chairman of GST Council Mr. Sushil Kumar Modi, Former West Bengal Finance Minister Asim Das Gupta, former Kerala Finance Minister KK Mani also joined the program.  CAG Shashikant Sharma, former CAG Vinod Rai and TN Chaturvedi, three Election Commissioners, Vice Chairman Arvind Pangariya, Metro Man E, Sreedharan, S.
