Businessmen can download and keep it regularly by feeding the data. The offline tool for return will be launched on July 15. In that tool the data of the Excel template will be imported. Then it can be uploaded as a return. GSTN claims that this will make compliance easier for businessmen.  According to GST law, every month's return is to be filed by the next 10th of the month. However, it has been relaxed for July. July returns can be filed by 5 September and by August 20 of August. This offline tool can be downloaded from GST Common Portal www.gst.gov.in. SGST i.e. State GST will recover it from the state government. IGST ie Integrated GST, if any business is between two states, then this tax will be charged on it. It will give equal share in both the states by collecting central government. The Union Territory will look at the goods, services or both the GST will be administered by the Union Government. It will recover the central government only. GST was implemented in all the states except Jammu and Kashmir. GST has been implemented in 150 countries. But the rates are different. 5% in Japan, 7% in Singapore, 19% in Germany, and 19.6% in France. 25% in Sweden, 10% in Australia, 5% in Canada, 15% in New Zealand and 18% in Pakistan.
